Great place to go. There's a lot of different exhibitis to see and there's something for all ages, either on your own, or with children. It's also technically free as well but always appropriate to leave a donation

Free entry which I was surprised at. A good way to kill a few hours, it was really informative. Well laid out and there was plenty in there to see. A lot of the interactive displays weren’t working properly. Still a great visit. Plenty of toilets. A nice little cafe. Only 10 minutes from the train station.

The Discovery Museum! I like it here, and I appreciate the helpful and approachable staff. I talked to one of them about energy and colours for quite a while - hope he didn't get sacked.

Superb. Really accessible and accessible. Not too ‘heavy’ on info but enough. Fab for children and enough depth for adults too. Fab job.

What an absolutely brilliant museum. We stumbled across this place and were surprised to hear it was free! The exhibits are well detailed, so much information, and tonnes to do. We learned so much and could've stayed all day. Definitely the best museum we've been to in a while!

Great selection of history and science stuff to look at and watch most free too but donation boxes around if you want. Only bad thing was the cafe drinks were nice but food was not great. Also my son has peanut allergy and they gave salad with a tuna sandwich that was not stated so only did checks on the sarnie.
